Delivery Policy
Everything we sell is software. Nothing is shipped, and nothing is charged for shipping.

sells software and software subscriptions. There is no physical shipment, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge — this page exists because payment providers and customers both reasonably ask how and when what you paid for reaches you.
1. The application itself
The free application is downloaded from the product's own website or from the Android or iOS app store. It needs no account and no payment, so there is nothing to deliver: the download is the delivery, and it is available immediately, at any hour.
2. A paid subscription
A subscription unlocks features inside software you already have. It is activated on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by Razorpay, our payment provider — in practice within a minute or two. You do not wait for a dispatch, and nothing is posted to you.
- Bought on the product's website: the entitlement appears on the account you paid with. Sign in on any device and the Premium features are there.
- Bought inside the Android or iOS application: the store confirms the purchase to the application directly and it unlocks in place.
3. Your invoice
A GST invoice is issued for every payment and appears on your account page and inside the application. It is your proof of purchase, and quoting it is the quickest way to raise a refund. We do not send it as an email attachment — it is always available from your account, which means it cannot be lost in a mailbox.
4. If it does not arrive
If a payment succeeded and the subscription did not appear, tell us and we will fix it or refund it, with no time limit — that case is ours, not yours. Email and we reply within . The refund terms are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Before writing, it is worth checking that you are signed in with the same account you paid with — that is the commonest cause by a wide margin.
5. Where we deliver
Software is available wherever the product's app store serves and wherever you can reach the product website. We do not restrict it by region. Prices are published in Indian rupees; what your bank charges you to pay in another currency is between you and your bank.
