Cancellation and Refund Policy
How to stop paying us, and what comes back when you do.
Last updated:
This policy applies to subscriptions sold by , operating from . It sits under our Terms of Service. Where a product publishes its own terms, those govern that product and this page describes the same policy in one place.
1. The free tier costs nothing and needs no cancelling
Every product has a free tier with no account and no time limit. There is no subscription behind it, nothing is charged, and there is nothing to cancel. Stopping means closing the application.
2. Cancelling a paid subscription
A paid plan renews automatically until you stop it, and you are notified before each charge.
- Bought on our website: turn the renewal off from your account on the product's site, or write to us. The mandate is cancelled, nothing further is taken, and you keep the term you have already paid for.
- Bought inside the Android or iOS application: Google Play or Apple bills it, not us, and it is cancelled in that store's own subscription settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and both stores require us to say so.
Cancelling stops future charges. If you want money back for a term already paid, that is section 3.
3. Refunds
Within seven days — in full, no reason needed
Write to us within 7 days of a payment made on our website and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
After seven days — the unused part, pro rata
You can still stop at any point during a term. Write to us and we refund the days you have not yet used, at the daily rate of the plan you bought.
If a payment succeeded but nothing arrived
If we took a payment and the subscription never appeared on your account, that is our fault, not yours. We will refund it or fix it whenever you tell us, with no time limit. The seven-day window above does not apply to this case.
If a paid service is unavailable for a sustained period
Tell us and we will refund the affected part of your term.
4. How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, our payment provider. They typically take 5–7 working days to appear on your statement after we approve them; the exact timing is your bank's, not ours. We do not refund to a different card, account or person.
5. App store purchases are refunded by the store
A subscription bought inside the Android or iOS application must be refunded by Google or Apple under their own policies. They do not permit us to refund it, however much we would like to. Use the store's refund process; we will help you find it if you ask.
6. How to ask
Email from the address you used to subscribe, and tell us which product and roughly when you paid. A payment reference helps but is not required — we can find it.
We reply within . Approved refunds are submitted to Razorpay the same working day.
7. If you are not satisfied
Write to our grievance officer, , at . Raising a dispute with your bank before writing to us is your right, but it is slower than asking us, and we would rather just refund you.
